From its mast, extending up to 27 feet, the MSU provides 360-degree visibility across large portions of a site, allowing security teams to monitor activity from a strategic vantage point.
At the same time, the robot adds an entirely different layer of protection at ground level.
Continuous Awareness Without Interruption
One of the most unique aspects of this deployment is that coverage doesn’t stop when the robot returns to recharge.
While docked and charging, the robot continues recording and monitoring using its thermal camera, 3D camera, and License Plate Recognition (LPR) capabilities. Instead of becoming inactive during charging, it remains an active part of the site’s security posture while the Mobile Surveillance Unit (MSU) continues overseeing the surrounding property from above.
Once fully charged, the robot resumes autonomous patrols along fully customizable routes, expanding visibility beyond the fixed position of the MSU.
Its intelligent inspection capabilities allow it to verify whether doors have been left open, detect damage or openings in perimeter fencing, measure the size of a breach, and continuously patrol areas that traditionally require routine manual inspections.
