Dee Shaw – CEO
Dee Shaw is Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Shaw Secure Solutions. She is a Southern Indiana native and has 10+ years of Security, Business Management and Customer service experience. She studied Business and Communications at Indiana University and is a member of The American Society for Industrial Security.
Ben Shaw – President
Ben Shaw is President and owner of Shaw Secure Solutions. He is a Southern Indiana native and has over 25+ years’ experience in security and United States Marine Corps. He is the former Local American Society for Industrial Security President.
Shelby Koerner – Branch Manager
Shelby Koerner resides in Louisville, KY and has worked in the security industry for 13+ years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Louisville. She is currently Branch Manager for Shaw Secure Solutions.
Demetrius Fuqua – Operations Manager
A proud graduate of Spalding University and a highly accomplished security professional with more than 20+ years of experience in the security industry. Throughout Demetrius’s career, he has built a reputation for strong leadership, operational excellence, and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction.
Lindsay (Baker) Harrison – Account Manager
A U.S. Air Force Security Forces veteran (1997–2001) and combat veteran, Baker brings more than 30+ years of security experience to Shaw Secure Solutions, including the past 15+ years in security management. He currently serves as an Account Manager, where he is committed to delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. Outside of work, Baker enjoys grilling, relaxing by the pool, and is an active member of both the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the Veterans Club.
Robin Shubert – Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist
A Louisville, KY native with more than 50 years of community roots, Robin brings over 5+ years of recruiting and onboarding experience to Shaw Secure Solutions. She is passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful career opportunities and takes pride in helping build a strong, dependable team. Robin finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing the excitement and joy candidates experience when they receive a job offer, knowing she’s made a positive and lasting impact on their lives.
Bob Eppler – Business Development Manager
With more than 33+ years of security experience, Bob brings a rare, ground-up view of security to every client’s conversation from serving as an officer and sergeant with the Jefferson County Corrections Department, to building and running his own contract investigations and security companies, to directing security for a major convention hotel operation. Bob has been a long-time member of ASIS International having previously served as chair, vice-chair, and treasurer for the local chapter. This breadth of experience enables him to evaluate each client’s risk profile the way a security director would, asking the right questions before recommending a solution. Today, Bob helps organizations identify security gaps and deploy the right Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs) and patrol solutions to close them, guiding clients from first conversation to a solution that fits their operation.
Samuel Hebestreit – Marketing Associate
A Louisville, KY native, Samuel is a proud graduate of Bellarmine University, where he earned degrees in Marketing, Sales, and Digital Media. With 5+ years of marketing experience, he is passionate about connecting organizations with innovative security solutions and thrives in the ever-evolving security industry, where staying ahead of emerging trends and embracing innovation are essential to making a meaningful impact. Samuel enjoys sharing the Shaw story, building lasting relationships, and helping businesses discover smarter ways to protect their people, property, and assets.
